How to Decoupage with Rice Paper

Welcome back! Some of you may be unfamiliar with using Rice Paper for your decoupage projects, so my latest video will show you how simple it is to achieve a beautiful result with Rice Paper.  Rice paper is so easy to use and a lot tougher than decoupage paper napkins. It’s re-positional and not easily stretched or torn.   Check out my latest video teaching how to decoupage with Rice Paper below, or click here to go directly to YouTube.
