Terms of Trade
Unless otherwise stated, the default currency is New Zealand Dollars. We except payment via PayPal.
We aim to have website pricing correct at all times, but due to human error there may be mistakes and we reserve the right to update prices at any time.
We aim to process your order in a timely manner usually within 24 hours of order received unless otherwise stated. Please allow a reasonable time for delivery. Once items are shipped they become the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping will be made via NZ Post or another Local Courier. For international orders we ship via International Air Mail or International Tracked Courier. If International Air Mail (No Tracking Mail) is chosen, please be advised that Suzy’s Craft Store accepts no liability for unreceived parcels shipped via this option. We have no way of tracing the location of those parcels as there is no tracking number available for this type of shipping method.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, you as the customer are required to inform us within three days of receipt of goods and return it in unused condition within seven days.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We will meet all our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
If your order is incorrect it is your responsibility to let us know as soon as possible via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
A full refund will be provided for any goods sent out in error and returned to us, unopened and in their original packaging and within seven days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable. Change of mind returns will not be accepted.
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 7 days of purchase, alternatively a store credit may be offered.
To return an item please email email@example.com. Once email received we will send you our return address. As this is a private residence we cannot display it here.
